このページでは、Loguet アプリのアカウント削除方法と、削除対象データ・保持される可能性があるデータについて案内します。

1. アプリ内でのアカウント削除手順

Loguet にログインします。
設定画面を開きます。
「アカウント削除」 を選択します。
確認画面の案内に従って再認証します。
- メールアドレス / パスワードで登録した場合: 現在のパスワード入力が必要です。
- Google ログインの場合: Google アカウントでの再認証が必要です。
最終確認後、削除処理が実行されます。

アプリにログインできない場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

2. アカウント削除時に削除されるデータ

Loguet で使用しているログイン用アカウント情報（Firebase Authentication 上の当該アカウント）
アプリ内プロフィール情報（メールアドレス、表示名、ロール、グループID などのユーザープロフィール）
削除を実行した端末内の一部ローカル設定情報

3. 削除後も保持される可能性があるデータ

ペア機能を利用中で、削除時点で共有相手が残っている場合、共有グループ内の宿泊記録、メモ、写真、評価などの共有データは、残存メンバーの利用範囲で保持される場合があります。削除されたアカウントは、これらの共有データへアクセスできなくなります。

4. データの保持期間

アカウント情報とユーザープロフィール情報: 削除処理完了後、削除されます。
共有相手が利用を継続している共有データ: 固定の保持期間は設けていません。残存メンバーの利用範囲で保持される場合があります。

5. アカウント削除をせずに一部データを削除する方法

宿泊記録は、編集画面から個別に削除できます。
宿泊記録に紐づく写真や日記内の画像も、アプリ内から個別に削除できます。

This page explains how to delete your account in the Loguet app, which data is deleted, and which data may be retained.

1. How to delete your account in the app

Sign in to Loguet.
Open the Settings screen.
Select "Delete Account".
Re-authenticate by following the instructions on the confirmation screen.
- If you registered with an email address and password: you need to enter your current password.
- If you sign in with Google: you need to re-authenticate with your Google account.
After the final confirmation, the deletion is carried out.

If you cannot sign in to the app, please contact us using the contact information below.

2. Data deleted when you delete your account

The sign-in account information you use for Loguet (your account on Firebase Authentication)
Your in-app profile information (user profile such as email address, display name, role, and group ID)
Some local settings on the device used to carry out the deletion

3. Data that may be retained after deletion

If you are using the pair feature and your partner remains at the time of deletion, the shared data in the shared group, such as stay records, notes, photos, and ratings, may be retained within the scope of use of the remaining member. The deleted account will no longer be able to access this shared data.

4. Data retention period

Account information and user profile information: deleted after the deletion process is completed.
Shared data that your partner continues to use: no fixed retention period is set. It may be retained within the scope of use of the remaining member.

5. How to delete some data without deleting your account

Stay records can be deleted individually from the edit screen.
Photos linked to stay records and images in diaries can also be deleted individually in the app.

4. 資料的保留期間

帳號資訊與使用者個人資料：刪除處理完成後即會刪除。

5. 不刪除帳號而刪除部分資料的方法

페어 기능을 이용 중이고 삭제 시점에 공유 상대가 남아 있는 경우, 공유 그룹 내의 숙박 기록, 메모, 사진, 평가 등의 공유 데이터는 남은 멤버의 이용 범위 내에서 보관될 수 있습니다. 삭제된 계정은 이 공유 데이터에 더 이상 접근할 수 없습니다.

4. 데이터 보관 기간

계정 정보 및 사용자 프로필 정보: 삭제 처리가 완료된 후 삭제됩니다.
공유 상대가 계속 이용 중인 공유 데이터: 정해진 보관 기간은 없습니다. 남은 멤버의 이용 범위 내에서 보관될 수 있습니다.

5. 계정을 삭제하지 않고 일부 데이터를 삭제하는 방법

숙박 기록은 편집 화면에서 개별적으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
숙박 기록에 연결된 사진이나 일기 속 이미지도 앱에서 개별적으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.
