第1条（目的・サービスの性質）

  1. Loguet（以下「本アプリ」）は、カップル間でホテル宿泊履歴、写真、メモ、評価等を記録・共有するためのクローズドなサービスです。
  2. 本アプリは不特定多数への公開を目的としたSNSではなく、招待により接続されたペア内での利用を前提とします。

第2条（適用）

  1. 本規約は、本アプリの提供条件および利用者と運営者との間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。
  2. 利用者は、本規約に同意したうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。

第3条（アカウント登録）

  1. 通常利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。
  2. 利用者は、自己の責任において登録情報および認証情報を管理するものとします。

第4条（ペア機能とデータの帰属）

  1. 本アプリには招待コード等によるペアリング機能があります。ペア成立後、対象グループ内データは双方が閲覧・更新可能になります。
  2. 利用者が投稿したコンテンツの権利は当該利用者に帰属し、共有データはペア利用のために双方が利用するものとします。
  3. ペア解除が行われた場合、解除後は当該共有データへのアクセス権を失います。
  4. アカウント削除を行った場合、削除対象アカウントに紐づくアクセス権は失われ、当該アカウントから共有データへアクセスできません。
  5. ペア解除またはアカウント削除時、共有データ自体は直ちに一律削除されるとは限らず、残存メンバーの利用範囲で保持される場合があります。

第5条（利用料金・サブスクリプション）

  1. 本アプリはサブスクリプション（継続課金）方式を採用しています。
  2. 決済は Google Play または App Store が提供するアプリ内課金基盤を通じて行われます。
  3. サブスクリプションは各ストアの規定に従って自動更新されます。
  4. 解約は、利用者自身が購入したアプリストアの定期購入（サブスクリプション）管理画面から行うものとします。
  5. 支払済み期間の途中解約を行った場合でも、日割り返金は行いません。
  6. 有料プランを利用していない状態（無料期間の終了後、または解約後）が1年以上続いた場合、運営者は保存容量の管理のため、写真の原本および拡大表示用の画像を削除し、一覧表示用の縮小画像のみを保存することがあります。宿泊記録、評価、日記の文章などの文字情報は削除しません。縮小後に有料プランを開始しても、元の画質には戻りません。

第6条（コンテンツ・プライバシー）

  1. 利用者が保存する写真、メモ、宿泊記録その他のデータは、極めて私的な情報として取り扱います。
  2. 運営者は、利用者データについて、二次利用、無断閲覧、外部提供を、法令に基づく要求その他の例外的な場合を除き一切行いません。

第7条（禁止事項）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  2. わいせつ物、性的搾取、児童の性的描写、その他アプリストア審査規約に反する画像・動画・文章等のアップロードまたは送信
  3. 違法コンテンツ（権利侵害コンテンツを含む）の投稿・保存・共有
  4. 不正アクセス、なりすまし、システムに過度な負荷を与える行為、その他本アプリの運営を妨害する行為

第8条（デモモード）

  1. 本アプリには、アカウント登録なしで利用感を確認できるデモモードがあります。
  2. デモモードのデータは体験用であり、永続的な保存・復元・同一性は保証されません。

第9条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）

  1. 運営者は、必要に応じて本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。
  2. 前項により利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

第10条（免責事項）

  1. 運営者は、本アプリが特定目的への適合性、完全性、継続性を有することを保証しません。
  2. 利用者端末の故障、通信環境、外部サービス障害等により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
  3. 利用者間の紛争は、当事者間で解決するものとし、運営者は責任を負いません。

第11条（規約の変更）

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内またはWebサイト上に掲示した時点から効力を生じます。

第12条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Purpose and Nature of the Service)

  1. Loguet (the "App") is a closed service for couples to record and share hotel stay history, photos, notes, ratings, and other information with each other.
  2. The App is not a social network intended for publishing to an unspecified number of people. It is intended to be used within a pair connected by invitation.

Article 2 (Application)

  1. These Terms set out the conditions for providing the App and the rights and obligations between users and the operator.
  2. Users shall use the App after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

  1. Account registration is required for regular use.
  2. Users shall manage their registration information and authentication information at their own responsibility.

Article 4 (Pair Feature and Ownership of Data)

  1. The App has a pairing feature using an invite code or similar means. Once a pair is established, both members can view and update the data in the group.
  2. The rights to content posted by a user belong to that user, and shared data is used by both members for the purpose of using the App as a pair.
  3. If a pair is dissolved, users lose the right to access the shared data after the dissolution.
  4. If an account is deleted, the access rights associated with the deleted account are lost, and the shared data can no longer be accessed from that account.
  5. When a pair is dissolved or an account is deleted, the shared data itself is not necessarily deleted immediately and all at once, and may be retained within the scope of use of the remaining member.

Article 5 (Fees and Subscriptions)

  1. The App uses a subscription (recurring billing) model.
  2. Payments are made through the in-app purchase systems provided by Google Play or the App Store.
  3. Subscriptions renew automatically in accordance with the rules of each store.
  4. Users shall cancel their subscription themselves from the subscription management screen of the app store where they made the purchase.
  5. No prorated refunds will be given, even if a subscription is canceled partway through a paid period.
  6. If a user has not been on a paid plan (after the free period ends, or after cancellation) for one year or longer, the operator may, to manage storage capacity, delete the original photos and the images used for enlarged display, and keep only the reduced images used for list display. Text information such as stay records, ratings, and diary text will not be deleted. Starting a paid plan after the reduction will not restore the original image quality.

Article 6 (Content and Privacy)

  1. Photos, notes, stay records, and other data saved by users are treated as highly private information.
  2. The operator will never make secondary use of user data, view it without permission, or provide it to outside parties, except in exceptional cases such as requests based on laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts.

  1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  2. Uploading or sending obscene material, sexual exploitation, sexual depictions of children, or any other images, videos, text, or other content that violates app store review guidelines
  3. Posting, saving, or sharing illegal content (including content that infringes the rights of others)
  4. Unauthorized access, impersonation, acts that place an excessive load on the system, or any other acts that interfere with the operation of the App

Article 8 (Demo Mode)

  1. The App has a demo mode that lets you try out how the App works without registering an account.
  2. Data in demo mode is for trial purposes only. Permanent storage, restoration, and consistency of the data are not guaranteed.

Article 9 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)

  1. The operator may change the contents of the App, or suspend or terminate its provision, as necessary.
  2. The operator shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users as a result of the preceding paragraph.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The operator does not guarantee that the App is fit for any particular purpose, complete, or continuously available.
  2. The operator shall not be liable for any damage caused by a failure of the user's device, the communication environment, a failure of an external service, or the like.
  3. Disputes between users shall be resolved between the parties concerned, and the operator shall not be liable for them.

Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. The changed Terms take effect when they are posted in the App or on the website.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises in connection with the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

第1條（目的與服務性質）

  1. Loguet（以下稱「本 App」）是供情侶之間記錄與分享飯店住宿紀錄、照片、備忘、評分等資訊的封閉式服務。
  2. 本 App 並非以向不特定多數人公開為目的的社群網站，而是以在透過邀請而連結的兩人（配對）之間使用為前提。

第2條（適用）

  1. 本條款規定本 App 的提供條件，以及使用者與營運者之間的權利義務關係。
  2. 使用者應在同意本條款後使用本 App。

第3條（帳號註冊）

  1. 一般使用須註冊帳號。
  2. 使用者應自行負責管理其註冊資訊及認證資訊。

第4條（配對功能與資料的歸屬）

  1. 本 App 提供透過邀請碼等方式進行配對的功能。配對成立後，雙方皆可查看及更新該群組內的資料。
  2. 使用者所發布之內容的權利歸屬於該使用者；共享資料由雙方為以配對方式使用本 App 而使用。
  3. 解除配對後，將失去對該共享資料的存取權。
  4. 刪除帳號後，與被刪除帳號相關聯的存取權即失效，且無法再從該帳號存取共享資料。
  5. 解除配對或刪除帳號時，共享資料本身不一定會立即全部刪除，可能會在其餘成員的使用範圍內保留。

第5條（使用費用與訂閱）

  1. 本 App 採用訂閱（定期付費）制。
  2. 付款透過 Google Play 或 App Store 提供的 App 內購買機制進行。
  3. 訂閱依各商店的規定自動續訂。
  4. 取消訂閱應由使用者本人在其購買時所使用之 App 商店的訂閱管理畫面進行。
  5. 即使在已付費期間中途取消，亦不按日數比例退款。
  6. 未使用付費方案的狀態（免費期間結束後或取消訂閱後）持續一年以上時，營運者為管理儲存容量，可能會刪除照片的原始檔及放大顯示用的圖片，只保存清單顯示用的縮小圖片。住宿紀錄、評分、日記文字等文字資訊不會刪除。縮小後即使開始使用付費方案，也無法恢復原本的畫質。

第6條（內容與隱私）

  1. 使用者所儲存的照片、備忘、住宿紀錄及其他資料，將作為極為私密的資訊處理。
  2. 除依法令提出之要求及其他例外情形外，營運者絕不對使用者資料進行二次利用、未經許可查看或提供給外部。

第7條（禁止事項）

使用者不得從事下列行為。

  1. 違反法令或公共秩序與善良風俗的行為
  2. 上傳或傳送猥褻物品、性剝削、兒童性描寫，以及其他違反 App 商店審查規範的圖片、影片、文字等
  3. 發布、儲存或分享違法內容（包括侵害權利的內容）
  4. 未經授權存取、冒用他人身分、對系統造成過度負荷，以及其他妨礙本 App 營運的行為

第8條（體驗模式）

  1. 本 App 提供無須註冊帳號即可確認使用感受的體驗模式。
  2. 體驗模式的資料僅供體驗之用，不保證資料會永久保存、可以還原或維持相同內容。

第9條（服務的變更、中斷與終止）

  1. 營運者得視需要變更本 App 的內容，或中斷、終止提供本 App。
  2. 對於因前項而使使用者產生的損害，營運者不負任何責任。

第10條（免責事項）

  1. 營運者不保證本 App 符合特定目的、具完整性或可持續提供。
  2. 對於因使用者裝置故障、通訊環境、外部服務障礙等所產生的損害，營運者不負任何責任。
  3. 使用者之間的糾紛應由當事人之間自行解決，營運者不負任何責任。

第11條（條款的變更）

營運者得視需要變更本條款。變更後的條款自公告於本 App 內或網站上時起生效。

第12條（準據法與管轄）

本條款以日本法律為準據法。如因本 App 發生糾紛，以日本東京地方法院為第一審專屬合意管轄法院。

제1조(목적 및 서비스의 성격)

  1. Loguet 앱(이하 '본 앱')은 커플이 서로 호텔 숙박 이력, 사진, 메모, 평가 등을 기록하고 공유하기 위한 비공개 서비스입니다.
  2. 본 앱은 불특정 다수에게 공개하는 것을 목적으로 하는 SNS가 아니며, 초대를 통해 연결된 두 사람(페어) 사이에서 이용하는 것을 전제로 합니다.

제2조(적용)

  1. 본 약관은 본 앱의 제공 조건 및 이용자와 운영자 간의 권리·의무 관계를 정합니다.
  2. 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 후 본 앱을 이용하는 것으로 합니다.

제3조(계정 등록)

  1. 일반적인 이용에는 계정 등록이 필요합니다.
  2. 이용자는 자신의 책임하에 등록 정보 및 인증 정보를 관리하는 것으로 합니다.

제4조(페어 기능 및 데이터의 귀속)

  1. 본 앱에는 초대 코드 등을 이용한 페어링 기능이 있습니다. 페어가 성립되면 해당 그룹 내 데이터를 양쪽 모두 열람·수정할 수 있습니다.
  2. 이용자가 게시한 콘텐츠의 권리는 해당 이용자에게 귀속되며, 공유 데이터는 페어로 이용하기 위해 양쪽이 이용하는 것으로 합니다.
  3. 페어가 해제된 경우, 해제 후에는 해당 공유 데이터에 대한 접근 권한을 잃습니다.
  4. 계정을 삭제한 경우, 삭제 대상 계정에 연결된 접근 권한은 사라지며, 해당 계정으로는 공유 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
  5. 페어 해제 또는 계정 삭제 시 공유 데이터 자체가 곧바로 일괄 삭제되는 것은 아니며, 남은 멤버의 이용 범위 내에서 보관될 수 있습니다.

제5조(이용 요금·구독)

  1. 본 앱은 구독(정기 결제) 방식을 채택하고 있습니다.
  2. 결제는 Google Play 또는 App Store가 제공하는 앱 내 결제 시스템을 통해 이루어집니다.
  3. 구독은 각 스토어의 규정에 따라 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
  4. 해지는 이용자 본인이 구매한 앱 스토어의 정기 구독 관리 화면에서 하는 것으로 합니다.
  5. 결제가 완료된 기간 도중에 해지하더라도 일할 계산에 따른 환불은 하지 않습니다.
  6. 유료 플랜을 이용하지 않는 상태(무료 기간 종료 후 또는 해지 후)가 1년 이상 계속된 경우, 운영자는 저장 용량 관리를 위해 사진 원본 및 확대 표시용 이미지를 삭제하고 목록 표시용 축소 이미지만 보관할 수 있습니다. 숙박 기록, 평가, 일기 문장 등의 텍스트 정보는 삭제하지 않습니다. 축소된 후에 유료 플랜을 시작하더라도 원래 화질로 돌아가지 않습니다.

제6조(콘텐츠·개인정보)

  1. 이용자가 저장하는 사진, 메모, 숙박 기록 및 기타 데이터는 매우 사적인 정보로 취급합니다.
  2. 운영자는 법령에 근거한 요구 및 기타 예외적인 경우를 제외하고, 이용자 데이터를 2차 이용하거나 무단으로 열람하거나 외부에 제공하는 일을 일절 하지 않습니다.

제7조(금지 사항)

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

  1. 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 행위
  2. 음란물, 성적 착취, 아동의 성적 묘사, 기타 앱 스토어 심사 규정에 반하는 이미지·동영상·글 등의 업로드 또는 전송
  3. 위법 콘텐츠(권리 침해 콘텐츠 포함)의 게시·저장·공유
  4. 무단 접근, 타인 사칭, 시스템에 과도한 부하를 주는 행위, 기타 본 앱의 운영을 방해하는 행위

제8조(데모 모드)

  1. 본 앱에는 계정 등록 없이 사용감을 확인할 수 있는 데모 모드가 있습니다.
  2. 데모 모드의 데이터는 체험용이며, 영구적인 저장·복원·동일성은 보장되지 않습니다.

제9조(서비스의 변경·중단·종료)

  1. 운영자는 필요에 따라 본 앱의 내용을 변경하거나 제공을 중단·종료할 수 있습니다.
  2. 전항으로 인해 이용자에게 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제10조(면책 사항)

  1. 운영자는 본 앱이 특정 목적에 대한 적합성, 완전성, 지속성을 갖추고 있음을 보증하지 않습니다.
  2. 이용자 단말기의 고장, 통신 환경, 외부 서비스 장애 등으로 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 이용자 간의 분쟁은 당사자 간에 해결하는 것으로 하며, 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제11조(약관의 변경)

운영자는 필요에 따라 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 본 앱 내 또는 웹사이트에 게시한 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.

제12조(준거법·관할)

본 약관은 일본법을 준거법으로 하며, 본 앱과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 일본 도쿄지방재판소를 제1심의 전속적 합의관할법원으로 합니다.
